' Code of Conduct at the Ice Rink

  • I always skate with gloves on.
  • I respect the direction in which the skaters are spinning.
  • I can ask the management team for advice.
  • I show respect for other skaters by moving out of their way when I pass them or stop.
  • I don't race.
  • I do not make or throw snowballs or any other projectiles.
  • I leave the runway as soon as the resurfacing is announced, and I return to it after receiving the order to do so.
  • I need to have skates on my feet to move around on the ice.
  • I don't smoke on the runway.
  • I don't eat on the runway.
  • I give the right of way to the skater in front of me.
  • I don't engage in dangerous activities.
  • I do not step over or sit on the railings.
  • I take good care of the equipment provided to me.
  • I acknowledge that ice skating, although practiced as a recreational activity, is a high-risk sport that can result in injuries, particularly in the event of a fall.

 

Access to the Grand Palais des Glaces ice rink automatically entails, for the ticket holder and any associated users:
– unconditional acceptance of this Code of Conduct;
– acceptance of the ice rink’s rules of use;
– to a declaration that the ticket holder and the users associated with them are properly insured for any damages they may cause to third parties and/or to themselves, particularly in the event of a fall.


Management reserves the right to require any patron who fails to comply with the Code of Conduct and the ice rink’s rules of use to leave the facility immediately, without a refund of the admission fee.

 

The ice rink is unsupervised; children remain the sole responsibility of their accompanying adult.

 

The organizer assumes no liability for any physical or non-physical damages. The event’s dates and hours of operation are subject to change at any time by the organizer.
